We Ship Via USPS, UPS & FedEx
PupLife ships via USPS (First Class or Priority Mail), UPS Ground and/or Federal Express Ground. PupLife will select the appropriate carrier to deliver your package(s), depending on your order’s contents, weight, size and destination. We do not offer expedited shipping at this time.

Most orders ship within 48 hours, however it is not unusual for a large order to ship within 3-5 business days. Don’t worry, your order is important to us and we are working to ship it out as soon as possible! If any item is back ordered, we will contact you via e-mail to let you know your options. You will receive an official shipping notification via e-mail as soon as your order ships. If online tracking is available for your order, we will also include a tracking number with your shipping notification. Canceling Your Order Before It Ships
Change your mind? No problem. You may cancel any order, provided it has not shipped. Please note that we charge a $5 processing fee to cover our transaction costs on cancelled orders. The fee will be deducted from the refund. Orders cancelled after shipment may be returned for store credit, as detailed in our Returns Policy
Non-deliverable, Refused or Unclaimed Orders
Packages returned to PupLife as non-deliverable, refused or unclaimed for any reason will be processed as a standard return. You may review our Returns Policy

PupLife has a hassle free Return Policy. You may return ANY PupLife item (excluding edible items and customized items) in new, unused condition for 100% product merchandise store credit, within 30 days of date of purchase - no questions asked.
We issue product merchandise credit only (no cash refunds). Merchandise credit may not be combined with other coupon codes or offers, and it must be used in in its entirety (no partial credit). Excessive returns (merchandise in excess of $500) in new, unused condition receive 70% product merchandise store credit and returns in excess of $750 receive 60% store credit. Items received after 30 days of date of purchase will be refused.

We’ll inspect your return and (provided the item is in new, unused condition) promptly e-mail you a store merchandise credit coupon code equal to the product price paid. We must have your correct e-mail address in order to send you a store credit. Store credits are good for 90 days only and are not transferable.

If We Sent You The Wrong Item
Try as we might, we are not perfect and once in a blue moon a mistake is made. If PupLife has sent you an incorrect item, please contact us immediately and we will work with you to remedy the situation. Do not ship your item back on your own before contacting us.
Important - Clean Your Item Carefully Before Returning
Please inspect and clean your return carefully before sending it back. For clothing items, we highly recommend cleaning your item thoroughly using a lint brush or gentle masking tape, followed by a detailed removal of small hair traces and/or lint using your fingers or a gentle brush.
Items returned in used or damaged condition (including dog hair, odors, scratches, or markings of any kind) receive a store credit coupon code equal to 50% of the product price paid.
To exchange an unwanted item for something else, simply return the unwanted product and use your merchandise credit to order a new one online. Easy!
Lupine Collar, Leash Or Harness Replacements
