Doesn’t fit? Wrong color? Don’t worry, PupLife has a hassle free Return Policy.
You may return any PupLife item (excluding edible items such as food, treats and supplements) for product merchandise credit, within 30 days of date of purchase. Please note that we issue product merchandise credit only (no cash refunds). Merchandise credit may not be combined with other coupon codes or offers, and it must be applied towards products only (not shipping & handling). Please send your return to:

Include your packing slip if possible along with your name, order number, phone number, and most importantly, your e-mail address.
We must have your correct e-mail address in order to send you a store credit.
We’ll inspect your return and (provided the item is in new, unused condition) promptly e-mail you a store merchandise credit coupon code equal to the product price paid. Please note that items returned in used or damaged condition (including dog hair, scratches, or markings of any kind) will receive a store credit coupon code equal to 50% of the product price paid. Store credits are good for 90 days only and are not transferable.
We do not refund shipping costs (unless we sent the wrong item). We recommend that you insure your return, in case your item is lost in the mail.
No Exchanges, Just Returns, Please!
Sorry, but we cannot perform exchanges. All products returned to PupLife are processed as returns according to the Returns Policy above. To exchange an unwanted item for something else, simply return the unwanted product and use your merchandise credit to order a new one online. Easy!
Lupine Collar, Leash Or Harness Replacements
Lupine collars are guaranteed for life – even if chewed. If your pooch destroys a Lupine collar, simply mail it back to Lupine’s headquarters and they will send you a free replacement. Send your damaged Lupine collar, leash or harness to:

Include your name, mail address & email or phone number. Lupine will send you a replacement via US Mail, usually the next business day after your damaged item is received. There’s no need to send the original receipt.
