Easy Returns
PupLife has a hassle free Return Policy. You may return ANY PupLife item (excluding edible items and customized items) in new, unused condition for 100% product merchandise store credit, within 30 days of date of purchase - no questions asked.

We issue product merchandise credit as a rule. Merchandise credit may not be combined with other coupon codes or offers, and it must be used in in its entirety (no partial credit). Excessive returns (merchandise in excess of $500) in new, unused condition receive 70% product merchandise store credit and returns in excess of $750 receive 60% store credit. Items received after 30 days of date of purchase will be refused.

Include your packing slip if possible along with your name, order number, phone number, and most importantly, your e-mail address.

We’ll inspect your return and (provided the item is in new, unused condition) promptly e-mail you a store merchandise credit coupon code equal to the product price paid. We must have your correct e-mail address in order to send you a store credit.  Store credits are good for 90 days only and are not transferable.

Please note that we do not pay for return shipping. We recommend that you insure your return, in case your item is lost in the mail.

Refunds To Your Credit Card
Requests for credit card refunds will be honored at our discretion. Please note that all credit card refunds will be assessed a 20% restocking fee. Sorry, no exceptions.

UPS & FedEx Returns
If you are returning an item via UPS or FedEx, you will need a RA (Return Authorization) number before proceeding. To obtain your RA number, Contact Us with your order information and we can guide you on how to proceed.

If We Sent You The Wrong Item
Try as we might, we are not perfect and once in a blue moon a mistake is made. If PupLife has sent you an incorrect item, please contact us immediately and we will work with you to remedy the situation. Do not ship your item back on your own before contacting us.

Important - Clean Your Item Carefully Before Returning 
Please inspect and clean your return carefully before sending it back. For clothing items, we highly recommend cleaning your item thoroughly using a lint brush or gentle masking tape, followed by a detailed removal of small hair traces and/or lint using your fingers or a gentle brush.

Items returned in used or damaged condition (including dog hair, odors, scratches, or markings of any kind) receive a store credit coupon code equal to 50% of the product price paid.

Exchanges
To exchange an unwanted item for something else, simply return the unwanted product and use your merchandise credit to order a new one online. Easy!

Lupine Collar, Leash Or Harness Replacements
Lupine collars are guaranteed for life – even if chewed. If your pooch destroys a Lupine collar, simply mail it back to Lupine’s headquarters and they will send you a free replacement. Send your damaged Lupine collar, leash or harness to:

Include your name, mail address & email or phone number. Lupine will send you a replacement via US Mail, usually the next business day after your damaged item is received. There’s no need to send the original receipt.
